I have been a personal trainer for over 30 years. I returned to school for my Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and my health coaching certification so that I could add scientifically sound nutrition counseling to my existing services.
I’ve worked with a wide range of people with extremely diverse exercise and nutrition regimens. I pride myself on truly listening to my clients, collaborating with them to find creative yet attainable ways to practice sustainable wellness behaviors.
I am happy to meet with you in person or online; I can also travel to your home to offer a non-judgmental assessment of your lifestyle, routines, and habits to better understand your current approach to exercise and nutrition.
